The main circulating bay scallops in the world now are Nantucket bay scallops, Peruvian bay scallops and Bohai bay scallops, etc, and the origin of our bay scallops come from Qinhuangdao City, located in the Bohai Bay of China
October to December is the season for harvesting bay scallops. Once caught, scallops will be immediately transported to the Haidong factory for processing and rapid freezing to maintain maximum freshness. It is a delicious and widely used seafood product.
